1. Measurement Options: It's recommended to get measured in person, but a scheduled FaceTime can also work for guidance on taking measurements.

2. Head Sizes: The range of head sizes catered to is from 20 to 23.5 inches.

3. Production Time: Custom wigs are made to order and can take 7 to 10 days to complete.

4. Bundle Requirements: More bundles are necessary for larger head sizes and layered looks. For a fuller appearance, 4.5 to 5 bundles are suggested.

5. Refund Policy: Custom wigs are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

6. Ready Wigs: Ready wigs are available, which are manufactured wigs that fit all sizes.

7. Agreement and Deposits: No work on wigs will commence without a deposit and signed agreement.
